Clean & cozy guest suite in the heart of Courtenay

A stylish guest suite located in the heart of the city of Courtenay. This one-bed, one bath suite is ground floor and fully loaded! W/D, full kitchen, a deep tub, heated bathroom tiles and all brand new. We are not finished our landscaping, but we have an inflatable hot tub in a cute designated patio area. The suite is a 30min drive from Mount Washington, minutes away from downtown, trails, rivers & lakes. Come and enjoy all the extras we provide and no clean up is required. Be our guests! The space The suite is in the bottom half of the house and we invested in good sound proofing. We live in the house and have kids so there is a slight sound transfer of footsteps, but no voices. Our kids are around outside at times, but are respectful of our guests. Our landscaping is due to start this fall! It will definitely be a much needed upgrade. The suite is a cute version of a home - all the appliances you need, configured in a small space. We provide a lot of extras so that people don't need to go out an buy things they forget, or that they want to use for cooking.
