House with stunning sea views in Angra

This house was born from a simple desire: after traveling around the world, I wanted to create a place where the world could be welcomed in 'my Azores'. What was once a ruin has become a space full of light and comfort, with a breathtaking view over Angra, the sea and Monte Brasil. Each room has been thought out with calm and attention to detail, so that those who stay here feel at home, whether as a family, with friends or traveling across the Atlantic. It's a place to stop and enjoy what matters. The space The house has four bedrooms, all with a private bathroom. Three of the bedrooms can be prepared with a double bed or two single beds, according to the group's preference. The additional room has two bunk beds, for a total of four beds. Common areas include a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area designed for living and sharing. Outside, the house has outdoor areas where you can relax, eat outside or simply enjoy the stunning view over Angra, the marina, the sea and Monte Brasil. On the lower floor of the building there is an independent apartment, not included in this reservation, with a completely separate entrance and courtyard, ensuring total privacy for the guests of the house. The house is rented in its entirety and offers comfort, space and tranquility for families or groups who value good location, view and attention to detail. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen, and outdoor areas associated with the unit. The house is used as an entire space, without sharing with other guests. Other things to note The house is located on a historic pedestrian street in Angra do Heroísmo, Rua Baixinha, one of the first paved streets in the city, maintaining its original Portuguese layout and sidewalk to this day. For this reason, car access is not possible to the door. We do not have private parking, but there are usually places available on the surrounding streets. Before arrival, I will be happy to send suggestions on where to park more conveniently. If you are traveling with children, please let me know in advance. Whenever necessary, I can provide a high chair for meals or a crib, upon request and availability. As a father of three, I know the importance of these little details on a family trip.
