The space This well-appointed home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 open lounge/loft turned bedroom, and 2.5 bathrooms, and a fun room offering plenty of space for families, groups, or business travelers. On the main floor, you’ll enjoy a modern kitchen, a spacious living room with soaring ceilings, a convenient laundry room, and elegant tile throughout. For your comfort, the home includes high speed WiFi, slef check in smart locks, and Smart TVs. Outside you’ll find a welcoming space with a gas grill and fire pit table, perfect for relaxing evenings. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire home during their stay. Please note that the garage and two closets are reserved for storage and supplies. Other things to note We kindly ask that all house rules be reviewed and followed: -Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. -No gatherings of any kind. -Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. -No smoking anywhere inside. Smoke odor removal charge ranges from $250 - $350. Please leave all towels in the laundry room. Missing or damaged towels will be charged $10 each. Please note that there are glass tables and tile floors on the main floor.
