Sit on the porch and enjoy the city views while watching Osprey nest. Walk or bike along the centennial trail into Riverfront park or Riverpark Square as well as other downtown destinations including the Spokane Arena(0.9m), Convention Center/INB(1.2m), One Spokane Stadium & The Podium (1.5m)and Gonzaga University (1.9m). A gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops and hardwood floors is fully equipped. The family room, dining room, and kitchen on the main floor separate the two sleeping areas, upstairs and down. -Sleeps six -2 bedrooms upstairs, master bedroom has a queen bed and other room has bunk beds that have been separated and are now side by side. Basement bedroom has a queen bed. -Six restaurants, Maryhill Winery, a grocery store, ice cream, doughnut and espresso shops are just a short walk away! Our house is located on the north bank of the river with exciting new neighborhood restaurants and shops. You are on the Centennial trail! Bring or rent bikes or enjoy the walk into the city. Views of the city and river grace every pedal or step! City buses are available if the weather doesn’t allow for the walk into downtown. You are also just a two minute drive or 10 minute walk into the city. Other things to note "About SERVICE ANIMALS: We are aware of the value service animals bring to people, and we are aware of AirBnB's policy of allowing service animals without discrimination unless health and safety becomes an issue. Myself and my parents who own the rental property and live there few months out of the year suffer from Asthma which is brought on by pet allergies and dust.
