The space This lovely Villa Marta (4*) apartment Split (50m2) is on 1st.floor,south facing position,suitable for 2+2. It is located in Mavarštica bay on the south side of the island Čiovo near the ancient town of TROGIR(4km). Balcony with a breathtaking view on the Adriatic sea and the nearby islands is perfect to relax after a long day at the beach which is only 60m away! Guest access In front of, there is a dining/living, room,kitchen and spacious balcony . The bedroom, located in the rear, and the living area are separate by hall, where there is a spacious toilet with shower. Bedroom(AC) has a large double bed , and in a living room there is a sofa set with the possibility of strength , so the apartment is suitable for stays up to four persons. In order to enable its guests a comfortable fit , in addition to the standard equipment ( bed linen , bath towels , hair dryer , all types of dishes and kitchen utensils , and refrigerator( with space for deep freezing ) , the apartments are equipped with microwave oven , induction hob , modern oven and coffee maker . Living/dining room is equipped with LCD TV with satellite reception , and allowing free use of the internet . Other things to note The entire south side of the island is known for its beautiful beaches and numerous hidden and secluded coves where everyone can find their own quiet corner . For the adventurous, it is recommended to rent a small motor boat and tour the island Ciovo and nearby islands .
