The latest boat from Sanur Harbor usually departs at 17:00 WITA (GMT +8). Other things to note ISSUES & SUPPORT PROCESS Our goal is to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the property. While we do our best to maintain everything in good condition, issues may occasionally occur during your stay. If any issue arises, please inform us via the booking platform chat, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist and resolve it as efficiently as possible. Resolution timelines may vary depending on the severity of the issue, staff availability, inspection needs, and external conditions beyond our control that may not be immediately fixable, including power outages, water interruptions, or internet issues handled by third-party providers. SHARED POOL You can enjoy this pool with your family or friends. Please note that our swimming pool is a shared pool, so other guests can also use this facility. SHARED KITCHEN We have a shared kitchen that you can use to cook your meals while staying at our property. • NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED Breakfast is not included in your booking. However, you’re welcome to visit nearby restaurants for your morning meal. TRANSPORTATION MANAGER We provide boat tickets from New Sanur Harbour (Jalan Matahari Terbit), pick-up cars on Penida harbor, and even tour arrangements around Nusa Penida. If you are interested to have a snorkeling experience with manta, I do have a team that can help to make it happen ;) If you are from the main island of Bali and want to go to Nusa Penida Island, you need to take a fast boat approximately 45 - 60 mins. We have a team of transportation managers that will be assisting you to arrange: 1. The fast boat to departure and returns ticket IDR ± 300K/pax. 2. A fast boat one-way ticket (Bali - Nusa Penida OR Nusa Penida - Bali) is IDR ± 150K/pax. 3. Fast boat schedule from Bali Island (New Sanur Harbour) to Nusa Penida Island: * Earliest: 6:30 AM * Lastest: 5 PM 4. Pick up and drop off on the Island price depends on the harbor distance to each property it around IDR ± 100-250k. 5. Car for pick up and drop off in the Island has 4 seats. 6. Rent a scooter: 100k - 200k per day. 7. Duration: 2 hours 250K/pax - Snorkeling with a private boat: 4 locations: Manta Bay, Gamat Bay, Wall Point, and SD Point (or just part(s) of the itinerary, based on requests) Time: based on request. Duration: 2 hours or less, based on request 1-4 PAX = 1400K 5-7 PAX = 1500K 8-10 PAX = 1700K *) Notes: Price includes snorkeling equipment, a towel, a  guide, and mineral water. We include a spot at Manta Bay, NOT Manta Spot. Price doesn't include the transportation from the accommodation to the snorkeling spots. Price will be adjusted depending on recent changes. We also offer fishing tour for 700K per pax, including the fishing equipment. The fishing location is totally up to you, and the tour is for the whole day (12 hours). If you are from Lembongan, you need to take a boat around 15 mins from there to reach Toya Pakeh Harbour in Nusa Penida. It's about 4 KM to this property. We will help you to arrange the tour and transportation after you do the reservation. EARLY CHECK-IN Early check-in is not available, and we do not offer luggage drop-off before check-in time. Please plan your arrival accordingly. LUGGAGE DROP - Before Check-in: Guests arriving before their room is ready can leave their luggage at the property by meeting our onsite staff. After booking is confirmed, we will share the staff’s contact details so you can coordinate directly. - After Check-out: Luggage storage after check-out is available. Simply meet our onsite staff at the property, and they will assist you. LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN For a smooth and safe arrival, we recommend checking in by 5 PM, as some areas can be dark and challenging after sunset. Our online hosts are available from 9 AM to 6 PM to assist you. Please provide your estimated arrival time at least one day in advance (D-1) so we can assist you better. LATE CHECK-OUT Check-out time is strict, and we do not allow late check-outs. Please plan your departure accordingly.
