This is a Simple guest house, with basic things, no luxuries, first floor with no elevator. All the 3 rooms have private bathroom, linen, towels, hairdryer, wi-fi, Van, heater, extra Blanquets, acess to an equiped kitchen. Near by Metro Station Arroios, green life, ir Alameda Metro Station were cross green line with red line, we are at citty center, 20 minuts walking to historic center. The guests house is in a very old building and old district but the apartament has been reformed. Easy checkin The space this is a Simple and small guests house. only with 3 bedrooms, all of with private bathroom. One Room is triple, or twin or double. shared kitchen. check in after 15:00 made with numeric codes. Guest access privat bathroom, shared kitchen, automatic check in with numeric codes. During your stay Only during stay, if guests need complementary information they don't find at the anuncement or in my messages they can text me or call, if it's urgent. I will reply with time and only between 9 am and 22 hours. before check in or after check out I only communicate through Airbnb messages and don't reply any other way of contact me.
