This is a Simple guest house, with basic things, no luxuries, first floor with no elevator. All the 3 rooms have private bathroom, linen, towels, hairdryer, wi-fi, Van, heater, extra Blanquets, acess to an equiped kitchen. Near by Metro Station Arroios, green life, ir Alameda Metro Station were cross green line with red line, we are at citty center, 20 minuts walking to historic center. The guests house is in a very old building and old district but the apartament has been reformed.
