The boat launch (where most river guides meet their clients) is only a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The beach access to Cook Inlet is a 8 minute drive. The Kenai River is a 15 minute drive. Homer, Ak is a 45 minute drive. There are two bedrooms. The sleeping arrangements can accommodate 2 single twin XL in each room or can be converted to a King bed in each room.
