While some of your group relaxes here with a movie or favorite show, the cook of your group can get busy in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large island with barstool seating. This home sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds for a total of 3 twin beds and 1 full size bed. THINGS TO NOTE: Pool and hot tub are heated all year-round! There is an additional full bath that shares a door with the bunk room, and with the hallway as well. Washer and dryer in unit. 3 parking spaces are provided. Relax at renowned spa resorts or take in a show at the nationally acclaimed Tuacahn Amphitheatre. If you’re feeling lucky, Las Vegas is within a quick 2-hour drive. Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
