This 18th century stone property is located 15 minutes from Mont Saint Michel and 30 minutes from Saint Malo. Ideal for discovering two regions with unquestionable charms, Brittany and Normandy! Two cottages each with their own independent terrace and shared access to the beautiful flower and tree garden of 6000 m2. Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the house. The nearest TGV station: Dol de Bretagne (15-minute drive) We'll wait right here for you! :) The space On the ground floor: A living room with insert fireplace and separate kitchen. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed, private bathroom and toilet. 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 1 second bathroom (/!\Extra linens and towels) Outside: Independent terrace Large shared flower and tree garden Chicken coop Orchard (you can enjoy the fruits depending on the season) Swing Guest access Private parking, 6000 m2 wooded garden Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Linens and towels are not included. We can provide you with sheets and towels for an additional €7 per person to be paid on site. Otherwise you can of course come with your own without any problem :) WARNING: In winter, the bottom of the house is heated by the fireplace, so you need to know how to maintain a fire. (the rooms are equipped with radiators) Additional info: we have a Yoga teacher at home who can, if you wish, give an individual or several lessons during your stay.
