Each room has its own floor fan. Dedicated Office Space Work remotely in a spacious, private office with high-speed uncapped fibre internet. Gas heaters available. Guest access The house is located in a boomed security area with 24-hour regular patrols of the estate. Guest access to the Pezula Estate will be explained once the booking is made. Other things to note Main Rules To Note: - Smoking/vaping and the use of an incense, smoke producing or perfume producing devices are strictly prohibited inside our suites, apartments or the house. There are designated outdoor areas, decks & balconies for these activities. - Pezula is a closed high-security estate with regular patrols of the area. - The speed limit on the estate is 40 km/hour, and in the interest of safety (children, residents & animals) this should not be exceeded. - No parties or events on the property/estate. - No excessive noise past 10pm. - Regret no pets. - Please follow the host’s requirements for preventing baboons entering and damaging the properties. This will be communicated upon arrival. - If any breakages or accidental spills occur, we ask that you please report the incident to the host or to housekeeping immediately. - Walking on the Golf Course is permitted before 7AM and after 7PM. No bicycles allowed on the Golf Course. - Estate Rules allow a maximum of 8 people to stay at Magic Retreat. Water Update for Guests Please note that Knysna is currently on Level 4 water restrictions. While Pezula Magic Retreat has not experienced any water interruptions, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of water usage in support of ongoing conservation efforts. The Western Cape Provincial Government continues to actively support regional water supply, with restrictions focused on responsible use only. Please Note – Residential Estate Construction Magic Retreat is located within the Pezula Golf Estate, an active residential area where construction may take place on nearby properties. While we have no control over when or where this happens, we assure you it does not obstruct our views of the lagoon, golf course, or ocean. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing a wonderful stay in every other aspect. Wellness & Nearby Beaches Just a short drive up the road from Magic Retreat, you’ll find the Pezula Resort Spa & Gym, a tranquil retreat offering an indoor and outdoor pool, steam room, sauna, and fully equipped gym. Guests are welcome to make use of these facilities for a fee, with bookings made directly through the spa. For a day by the ocean, Knysna offers a selection of nearby beaches, including Bollard Bay on Leisure Island, Brenton-on-Sea, and Buffalo Bay - each perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and soaking up the natural beauty of the Garden Route.
