Home in Anchorage

Everyone is welcome at this comfortable, quiet and conveniently located home. It is situated within a few miles of Ted Steven’s International Airport, Lake Hood (the world’s largest seaplane base), downtown, shopping, restaurants, hiking trails and well lit, groomed cross country ski trails. The space You will have full use of the entire home which features High speed Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, private backyard with deck and a covered front porch. Each bedroom has a full closet. There are two TVs, one located in the bedroom with two single beds and the other located in the living room. There will be supplies to get you started (coffee/creamer/sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap and shampoo). Guest access Parking in the driveway. Easy access to house, just a few steps up to front door. Other things to note The residential neighborhood is family oriented and quiet, minus occasional barking dogs and airplanes taking off. Our quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, per city ordinance. *Please note: check for all belongings before departing- we are not responsible for lost, stolen or left behind items. Garbage pick up is Friday. Someone will be there to move the garbage cans to the end of the driveway or you may do so yourself. Lawn maintenance is typically mid week.
