Guest access Main floor, master bedroom, media room, guest rooms, full kitchen, beer and wine for purchase, swimming pool, HOTTUB, basketball hoop, indoor and outdoor fire places (gas assisted) comes with fire wood, outdoor patio table and couches, granite fire pit (natural gas). Strict rules apply - POOL & HOT TUB close at 10:00pm, Outside rules must be adhered to. FirePit area Closed 11:00pm-9:00am (strictly enforced) Pleased be advised that our home consists of the main house along with a 2 bedroom basement suite. The suite is separate from the main house having it's own entrance & fenced off yard. Although a separate living unit, there are some shared walls with the main house & because of this, there will be some day-to-day living noise that can be heard. It is lived in by our relatives who are fully aware of our guests privacy & do their best to be considerate of them. Other things to note GOLF, fruit picking, wineries, distilleries, breweries to visit, swimming pool, hiking, cycling, beach activities, snow boarding & skiing, mountain transfers avail for fee, dirt biking and snow mobiles for rent by the day.
