House with pool in Ponte de Lima

A family house, with a private pool and a fantastic barbecue for relaxed summer lunches, perfect for gatherings or simply to get to know the picturesque Minho region! Located just 2 km away from Ecovia, a pedestrian path along the banks of the Lima River, which connects the house to the historic center of the Oldest Village of Portugal in just half an hour, in a walk that is very worthwhile! The space The name of the house honors the memory of two sisters, well known in the parish and nicknamed "the Branquinhas", who took care of the land and the old ruin throughout their lives! Today, the ruin has been transformed into a completely renovated house, specially thinking on those who visit us, with simple decor and neutral tones, with all the comfort and amenities for a memorable stay. The house consists of two floors, both with direct access to the outdoor: - on the ground floor, at pool level, a large living room, kitchen and dining room. In addition to one of the bedrooms (with a double bed) and a bathroom that also serves as a guest toilet. It also has a laundry area. - on the 1st floor you will find the other two suites, both with two single beds and a private bathroom. One of the suites has a balcony overlooking the pool area, the other has a direct exit to the back garden. Outside, the house has a small side garden and the pool area with loungers for sunbathing, as well as an outdoor dining table and a fantastic barbecue for your summer meals! You will have at your disposal a covered parking space and several parking spaces in front of one of the entrances to the house. Guest access All spaces are entirely yours, for exclusive use, during your stay. Other things to note - Mandatory quiet time: from 22:00 to 08:00, please respect it. - For groups of young people and on specific dates of festivities, a deposit of €300 may be charged upon arrival. - Pets will be charged a deposit of €100 upon arrival and returned upon check-out after checking the house.
