Casa Romeo is pet friendly and sleeps up to 4 people with 1 queen bed and 1 queen pull out sofa in the open concept living space! The space "Casa Romeo" is newly constructed studio with brand new furnishings and top-of-the-line fixtures. This second floor studio is perched atop a coffee shop and sits next door to a brand new dog park on E 4th Ave, just 3 short blocks from the main strip of Ybor City. You will absolutely love the Cuban-themed decor and the intricate details throughout the home! Take of advantage of the fully stocked kitchen which offers stainless steel appliances, a timeless Smeg refrigerator, Keurig and a complimentary starter kit of coffee supplies. Staying in? Relax on the plush leather sofa and catch up on your favorite shows with the large flat screen Smart TV. The sofa pulls out into a Queen sized bed, which sleeps 2 adults comfortably. Count your Z's on the incredibly comfortable Queen bed that is equipped with a hybrid memory foam mattress and built-in side tables. Please keep in mind this is a studio unit, the only separate room is the full bathroom with the laundry machines. Casa Romeo is stocked with everything you need during your stay in Tampa Bay including free WiFI, a private washer and dryer with laundry pods, toiletries, and fresh hotel style linens! Guest access Guests will receive a 6-digit access code to enter the unit. Other things to note - PETS: We are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets. Our pet fee is $15/night, charged after the reservation is booked. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal! -Smoking: smoking of any type is strictly prohibited on the property and especially within the unit. A $500 fee will be charged to anyone who smokes inside the unit. - This unit requires a stairs to access. - Exterior security cameras are located on the property. - The property sits next door to a dog park and above a coffee shop, so there is a potential for residual noise in this busy area. Shop hours operate from 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM daily. - Private washer/dryer.
