Ski in: From this great location, intermediate/advanced skiers can walk 50 yards to a private gate which leads to the neighborhood Burro Trail (not in ski boundary), lock into skis or board and ski or ride this trail that emerges at the Quick Silver lift on Peak 9. Detailed instructions with photos can be reviewed after reservation confirmation and will also be found inside the home. We will happily provide more details and provide first-hand knowledge as we regularly use the trail ourselves! Shuttle: November-early April, the neighborhood shuttle loops nonstop during the day every 15-20 minutes. Access to/from Peak 9 is easy, fast and does not require a long walk or long waits. Summer/Fall/Late Spring, guests can use the neighborhood trail for a short cut walk into town, or walk down to the Lower Warrior's Mark neighborhood for the Breck Free Ride shuttle. Newly remodeled, this beautiful home is nicely appointed and thoughtfully decorated. The floor plan offers plenty of privacy with bedrooms spread out on each level. Great for multiple couples with 3 King bedroom suites with attached bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, 8 beds in total. Spectacular views from every room. The main living area includes a wood-burning fireplace, TV, ample seating for a large group, and access to the private and well-maintained hot tub on the front deck. The kitchen has stunning views and is equipped with high-end appliances and all the kitchenware needed for your stay. You can serve eight guests at the kitchen dining table overlooking the town, two kids at the bar, and six at the formal table. Both tables have incredible mountain views. This home also includes a full-size washer/dryer, free Wifi, a heated 2-car garage with room for gear and space for 2 more cars outside the garage (max of four vehicles). TVs for streaming in 4/5 bedrooms and the loft. The free shuttle bus stop is 30 yards from the front door (Nov-April), stopping every 15 minutes for transportation to Peak 9 or town shopping/dining. This home sleeps 12 with a max of 4 cars. 4WD/AWD is required for ALL Breckenridge visitors in winter months for safe driving around town and legal travel on the highways during snowstorms.
