All stocked with memory foam mattresses. Open concept kitchen with bar seating for 2 and dining table up to 8. Quartz countertops with stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer included. Smart TV in living room and each bedroom with complimentary WIFI up to 600 mpbs high speed internet. Insta-grammable wall great for social media photos! Master bathroom remodeled to include huge glass shower, double sinks, and spacious tub. Extended outside space with added concrete and gravel for small outdoor activities. Large pergola for shaded covering with 4 newly installed swinging hammocks for casual lounging. Roomy porch with swinging bench and rocking chairs for additional lounging. Fully fenced. All personal toiletries will need to be provided by the Guest including toothpaste, tooth brush, body wash, shampoo, conditioner etc. Additional A/C window unit in the master suite and in the living room for extra cool comfort during hot days! Entire house is available. Driveway parking available in addition to street parking. While I won't be available in person, I am just a short phone call away. Houston Heights area - Easy to access neighborhood surrounded by major freeways with emerging nightlife, young families, and tons of farmers markets and pop ups. Very laid back and hip atmosphere. Easy access to the Heights Hike and Bike Trail and neighboring Buffalo Bayou. Central location with lots of diverse dining options. Numerous dog friendly restaurants and bars. Home is located in a residential area. It is walkable to numerous bars and restaurants but anything outside of 20th street highly recommend a vehicle in order to access other parts of Houston. All personal toiletries will need to be provided by the Guest including toothpaste, tooth brush, body wash, shampoo, conditioner etc. Toilets are economical so the flush rate is not strong. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else, not even "flush-able" wipes. If the toilet clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs. This is a smoke free property. See house rules for more information. Pets may be allowed at Host's discretion, please contact Host for more information! The driveway gate has a rotating latch that keeps the gate closed. If you'd like to open/close the driveway gate please keep in mind to manually rotate the latch and release through the keyhole. There is 1 ring floodlight camera active towards the driveway gate and 1 ring doorbell active at the front pentrance. These cameras are exterior only and are there for safety and insurance reasons.
