The sofa in the lounge also pulls out into a comfortable queen. The house is fully Air Conditioned, with a games room. The space The open plan living and dining space Is where modern meets boho. Warm woods, beachy artwork and exotic plants are mixed in with a brand new kitchen and a 55” smart TV. You will also have use of three modern high end bathrooms. The master bedroom features a walk in closet and a huge contemporary shower room. We didn’t forget about the fun and games… In the basement we have an electronic two player basketball game, foosball table, ping pong and a Pool table We have recently added a comfortable Patio set on the deck along with a fire pit with cooking grill in the back yard. Fancy a stroll to the lake? If so, then you're a five minute walk (3 blocks) to the stunning lake and sylvan lake park where your children willl have hours of endless fun at the huge playground and beach.
