The space The other 2 guest bedrooms both have Queen Size Beds. Nestled along Hwy 17 in between Jacksonville & Palatka is the beautiful little town of Green Cove Springs. The St Johns River bends along the waterway here and the area is sheltered by the gorgeous green trees that surround the area. Spring Park’s Pier & Waterfront feature a state-of-the-art playground for children, covered shelters and some shade to have a picnic & relax. The public spring fed pool* at the park has water that surges up from below at a reported rate of 1,346 gallons per minute and at a constant temperature of 77 degrees! It flows from the spring, through the municipal spring pool and finally into Spring Run as it makes its’ way to the St Johns River some 200 feet away. There is a kayak launch at the river front as well as a new 150 ft dock to enjoy some fishing. *the pool is open seasonally from May 5th to Oct 29th, there is a daily fee to enter and it is managed by the Town of Green Cove Springs. for schedule, hours and fee. This is a 3 BR / 2 BATH apartment on the 1st floor of the complex. Full Kitchen, Laundry, WIFI and Basic Cable are all included. Everything you need for a relaxing get away! This is on the 1st floor - no stairs. There are several units in the complex and it is made up of some long term tenants as well as other short term tenants. There are exterior designated smoking areas outside of the complex, but there is no smoking allowed in the apartments. This is one of the only two units at the front of the complex, both of which are for short term guest stays. Small Dog Friendly - additional pet fee required per pet. Max size 25 lbs. Pets must be disclosed in advance or subject to a $500 penalty. Certain Boats, RV's or Trailers may be allowed - maximum is 1 week. Must be approved in advance, based on size. If the property is approved for early arrival, you will receive a message letting you know you can arrive early and we will activate the door code. If you do not receive a message, then the arrival will remain at 4pm EST. Guest Departure is anytime 10am EST or before. If you have not departed by this time and do not have written prior approval for a late departure, you will be assessed a $50 late departure fee for every 30 minute delay. The Cleaning Services we use schedule their teams for multiple cleans in advance and any unplanned delays create issues. With unscheduled/unapproved late departures, they are required to bring in additional team members to assist, which incurs a higher cost that must be charged. Any requests made for a late departure must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of departure time and are subject to approval/availability.
