In the city center, we are 2 minutes from the hustle and bustle and tourist attractions; if you prefer to rest, we have a large garden and lush nature, many fruit trees. Visiting several species of birds in the garden. Ideal for enjoying family time among sightseeing tours! We do not rent to parties/events/ fraternizations It is a pleasure to welcome and meet you. It has been a rich experience to meet new people (some become friends) and share my space. The space WE DO NOT OFFER MEALS. It is a place… and not a luxury hotel. There are 3 bedrooms, one suite with double bed + single bed and air conditioning. Two bedrooms with queen beds + the option of a single mattress on the floor (in each) and these two bedrooms share a bathroom. Totaling 9 people. Equipped kitchen. Offer: blankets, bedding and bath towel (1 per person) and face towel. Remember to bring towels to the pool. We have game table (cards), TV room, BBQ area, refreshing pool or fireplace to warm up. 3 full bathrooms and 3 toilets. A covered garage. I accept small dogs, must be informed at the time of booking. (I have 2) Total responsibility of the guardians: do not chew on the furniture and the needs in the garden. Perfect for resting and enjoying the city as a family! Guest access We have dogs on the property and they are all docile, and happy chickens in the backyard. Please leave the dishes clean at the end of your stay. When you accumulate the trash, place it in the large trash bin next to the kitchen. Don't forget to separate organic waste from recycled. Voltage 220v Remember to bring extra towels to the pool and toiletries. The house is surrounded by courtyard and nature, many trees. There may be insects or spiders on the patio occasionally. I recommend that you bring repellent or the poison socket appliance. Even so, close the windows before dark. For your safety, glass cups are prohibited in the pool. Other things to note We don't allow parties or get-togethers, just family gatherings and barbecue. Bring repellent. This is my home, it's a pleasure to share my lifestyle with you.
