In the city center, we are 2 minutes from the buzz and tourist attractions; if you prefer to rest, we have a large garden and lush nature, many fruit trees. Various species of birds visit the garden. Ideal for enjoying family time between sightseeing tours! We do not rent for parties/events/ gatherings It's a pleasure to welcome and meet you. It has been a rich experience to meet new people (some become friends) and share my space. The space WE DO NOT OFFER MEALS. It's a ranch… not a luxury hotel. There are 3 bedrooms, one suite with a double bed + single bed and air conditioning. Two bedrooms with queen beds + the option of a single mattress on the floor (in each) and these two bedrooms share a bathroom. Totaling 9 people. Equipped kitchen. I offer: blankets, bed linen and bath towel (1 per person) and face towel. Remember to bring towels for the pool. We have a game table (cards), TV room, barbecue area, pool to cool off or fireplace to warm up. 3 full bathrooms and 3 toilets. A covered garage. Small dogs are accepted, but must be informed at the time of booking. (I have 2) Full responsibility of the owners: do not gnaw on the furniture and needs in the garden. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the city with the family! Guest access We have dogs on the property, and they are all docile, and happy chickens in the backyard. Please leave the dishes clean at the end of your stay. When accumulating garbage, put it in the large trash can next to the kitchen. Don't forget to separate organic waste from recycled waste. Voltage 220v Remember to bring extra towels for the pool and toiletries. The house is surrounded by a patio and nature, many trees. There may occasionally be insects or spiders in the yard. I recommend that you bring repellent or a plug-in poison device. Even so, close the windows before dark. For your safety, glass cups are prohibited in the pool. Other things to note We do not allow parties or gatherings, only family gatherings and barbecues. Bring repellent. This is my home, it's a pleasure to share my lifestyle with you. Please take care of every object and corner as if they were yours. We raise happy chickens in the backyard. Feel free to collect the eggs!
