Modern Central Apartment next to National Theater

Welcome to my modern and quiet apartment - located right in a backstreet of the city center, without any car traffic to bother you! The apartment is clean and prepared for any travelers’ needs. Everything is within walking distance from the apartment, and metro station Karlovo Náměstí is only 3 mins away by foot! There many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops around. If you come by car, ask me about availabilty of parking  in a courtyard - 20€/day. And yes, we have Wi-Fi internet ;) The space BUILDING - Our newly furnished apartment is situated on the 1st floor of the historical building built in the beginning of the last century. Street is very quiet without any traffic, so that nothing could disturb you in the night. There is no elevator, but it is just few stairs higher to the apartment. We have small reception downstairs in the opposite building where we are some hours every day to say hello usually around 2PM, otherwise we will send you keybox instructions on arrival day. Guest access DISPOSITION and EQUIPMENT - Apartment consists of entrance space, living area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom area, bathroom with shower and toilet. Living room features comfortable sofa bed (possible to convert to a full size 180cm wide bed), sofa chair, along with stylish furniture wall behind TV. Bedroom features queen bed (180 cm wide) with comfortable mattress and lounge chair. Living room feature smart, flat screen SMART TV: 34” HD LED Phillips, with internet access and HDMI connection. High speed WiFi is of course there. The kitchen features dishwasher, glass ceramic cooking plate and oven/microwave as well as the refrigerator. It is stocked with all cook and glassware you may need and electric kettle. Also there for your free use: several kinds of tea, coffee, sugar, salt&pepper, cotton towels. Space in the entrance area is available for storing your luggage. Flat also contains iron, ironing board, etc. Other essentials include: hair dryer, all the linens, towels, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, umbrella. We have complimentary maps of Prague and some discounts in nearby restaurants.
