The space Solarium Flats Itaguá is a newly built 2-story property (ground floor + 1 floor) with 10 apts/flats all exclusively for seasonal rental. The one in this listing is on the 1st floor, accessed via a small staircase. The triple flat averages 25 m2 each, where a compact kitchen is integrated. In the bathroom, a large and delightful electric shower, there is also a small individual service area with a small tank and a small wall clothesline. Guest access Guests have shared access to the Solarium/Terrace, where they can enjoy a view of the surrounding mountains and see a variety of birds, such as canaries, savannahs, swallows, hummingbirds, and more. For their comfort, the terrace is equipped with tables, chairs, and sun loungers. Other things to note WE HAVE PARKING WITH LIMITED AND ROTATING SPACES (5 ROTATING SPACES FOR 10 FLATS) IN OPEN AND FREE PRIVATE AREA, NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE. BED LINEN AND TOWELS included in the stay, with towels changed every 3 nights. We don't offer beach towels. Bed linen, if you need to change, an additional cost of R$75.00. WE DO NOT OFFER TOILETRIES (shampoo/soap/condoner/creams etc.) we only offer toilet paper and cleaning items such as disinfectant, detergent and garbage bags. WE DO NOT OFFER MEAL, we have individual cuisine in each flat and our location is close to various markets, restaurants, cafeteria and bakeries etc... Please note the maximum check-in time (entry) after 11:00 p.m., with the possibility of a fee of R$200.00 for late check-in. Reservations are not accepted on behalf of third parties, only of the holders of the reservation. The documents will be requested at the in-person check-in. Maximum accommodation 3 people including children or babies, please provide the correct number of people. Items such as a hair dryer and iron must be requested from the host at the time of booking if you need to use them, so that they are available during the stay We do not charge a cleaning fee, unless there is handling of seafood (fish, shrimp, etc.).
