Just 20 meters from the Kilmarnock bar and restaurant. Inside the B&B you will find a warm, refined and avant-garde, all room with en-suite bathroom, self check in and out locks, wifi, video surveillance , Smart TV. The abundant breakfast is suitable for all tastes with homemade products and km 0. The space The Super King is a 35 square meter room with private bathroom, walk-in closet, sitting area with sofa bed (which can be made up to sleep 1 or 2). The corridor, stairs and breakfast room are shared with other guests and with me. All doors have a Smart lock with touch screen. Each guest will be provided with a personal combination which will allow access to the B&B and to their own room in total independence. Guest access Upon your arrival you can park in the driveway to load and unload your luggage. Parking is free in the side streets in front of the B&B. It is not allowed to park in front of the B&B due to the constant passage of the bus line. IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO PARK WITH WHEELS ON THE SIDEWALK EVEN FOR A SHORT TIME. In the immediate vicinity there is a nursing home so guests in wheelchairs must be free to pass at ANY moment. Once inside the B&B you will have to climb the stairs to get to your room. The breakfast room, on the other hand, is located immediately to the right of the entrance. It is only open at the times selected for breakfast.
