The B&B is located in the center of Cruden Bay with its beautiful bay with clear waters and fine sand. Convenient for the Golf Club. Just 20 meters from the Kilmarnock bar and restaurant. Inside the B&B you will find a warm, refined and avant-garde environment, all rooms with private bathroom, self check-in and out, Wi-Fi, video surveillance, Smart TV. The abundant breakfast is suitable for all tastes with homemade and local products. The space The Super King is a 35-square-meter room with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and sitting area with sofa bed (which can be prepared for 1 or 2 beds). The hallway, stairs and breakfast room are shared with other guests and me. All doors have a Smart lock with touch screen. Each guest will be provided with a personal combination that will allow them to access the B&B and their room in total independence. Guest access Upon arrival, you can park in the entrance driveway to load and unload luggage. Parking is free on the side streets in front of the B&B. Parking is not allowed in front of the B&B due to the constant passage of the bus line. IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO PARK WITH THE WHEELS ON THE SIDEWALK EVEN IF FOR A SHORT TIME, in the immediate vicinity there is a nursing home so its guests in wheelchairs must be free to pass at ANY time. Once inside the B&B, you will need to climb the stairs to get to your room. The breakfast room is located immediately to the right of the entrance. It is only open at the times chosen for breakfast. NO SMOKING INSIDE AND IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF THE PROPERTY. During your stay Outlander B&B is not just a job but our home. I will be available every morning from breakfast to room cleaning (approximately between 7:30 am and 12:00 pm). Since I also work as a holistic beautician and masseuse, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., even if I am at home, I will not be available. However, you will be given the opportunity to communicate with me via email, text message and social media and I will reply as soon as possible. The B&B is enabled for self check-in and out, but in case of problems I can solve everything remotely in my absence. You will find a Welcome Book in your rooms with all the information and amenities offered. Every day you will have to leave your choice for breakfast and the chosen time in a predetermined place (you will find the detailed form and explanation in several languages).
