The house is centrally located within a few minutes drive of Wilkes/ Kings College, Starbuck's, AMAZING pizza spots, Wegmans, Target, Mohegan Sun Arena, Kirby Center The space is great for working at home & for great cooking with a commercial stainless table and lots of clean open counter space. The space Please be sure to read the "House Rules" and "Amenities" prior to booking. The house does NOT have A/C but we provide fans for the downstairs and each bedroom. BEDROOM #1 (upstairs): includes brand new 10” Ikea Queen spring mattress. There is a closet and dresser. BEDROOM #2 (upstairs): includes a brand new Twin bed and CB2 desk and newly built-in closet. BEDROOM #3: (upstairs): includes brand new 10" Ikea Queen spring mattress. There is a small closet. BATHROOM (upstairs): Newly Remodeled tiled bathroom includes top flush European toilet, Grohe bath fixtures, tiled shower and soft towels. There will be toilet paper, extra towels, all natural shower gel and shampoo, tissues, extra tooth brushes and hair dryer, feminine supplies. KITCHEN: The kitchen is cozy for prepping meals or just warming up a delicious take out pizza. There is everything you should need to cook a nice meal. We have some spices/oil/vinegars and other dry goods (pasta/noodles) you are welcome to eat! We provide coffee, assorted herbals teas and some snacks! FRONT ROOM (downstairs front entry): ~Sony Bravia TV with Apple TV, no cable TV ~we have Amazon Prime and Apple TV+ that you are welcome to watch! ~Brand new Sofa ~lots of nice books about creative topics and some of our favorite artists! DINING ROOM (downstairs): ~plywood dining table ~4 x comfortable dining chairs LAUNDRY: ~brand new washer and dryer in basement (it isn’t the greatest down there and sometimes after a hard rain there is some water on the floor, but it gets the job done!) ACCESS: In order to make your stay less hectic there is a code box on front door to let your self in SUPPORT ANIMALS: Airbnb requires hosts to allow support animals regardless of whether we want animals in our home. We love animals of all kinds, but unfortunately we are highly allergic to smoke and animals, so if you are traveling with a support animal we would appreciate you book with many of the other listings that are pet-friendly and which accept animals.
