Three spacious bedrooms can be found on the top floor, including the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and daybed for lounging or catching up on your favorite shows on the 55" smart TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (twin top & double bottom) with a twin trundle, perfect for families with kids. The third bedroom has another king-size bed. Another full bath is also located on the top floor. Guests can also retire to the main floor bedroom with a queen-size bed and 50" smart TV. A full bath is available on the main floor for guests' convenience. Additional sleeping arrangements are available in the basement with a pull-out queen-size futon bed. A full bath is also located in the basement. Our kitchen is stocked with essential utensils and appliances for cooking and BBQing, providing guests with the option of dining in or enjoying the many delicious local dining options. With a full-size pool table and poker table, a foosball table, shuffleboard table, wall mounted giant connect 4 and tic-tac-toe games, and numerous board games. The basement is equipped with a 75" 4K smart TV and a Dolby 5.1 sound system, perfect for movie nights. Guests can log into their own streaming services on all 5 TVs in the home to take full advantage of the smart TV features. Guests will have endless opportunities for fun and entertainment inside the home. Step outside to the backyard and discover even more activities, including the pool, hot tub, and putt-putt course. Our property provides ample parking space with a 3 car garage and driveway, making it convenient for guests to park their vehicles safely. In addition to personal vehicles, ridesharing services are readily available in the area, providing guests with an affordable and convenient mode of transportation to explore the surrounding areas. So whether you prefer to drive yourself or take advantage of the ridesharing services, you can rest assured that getting around will be a breeze. For your safety and ours, we have installed security cameras and noise monitor system in our home. They will be active at all times.
