The space The Beachfront Villa has four large ensuite bedrooms 3on the upper level one on the lower level with very comfortable king size beds and air conditioning. The master bedroom with king size bed and seating area provides acess to the balcony through sliding patio door. The balcony has all day sun with magnificnt view over the infinity pool, sandy beach and the Caribbean ocean out to the distant reef, the second largest barrier reef in the world. Ensuite luxury bathroom to the master bedroom has shower and separate toilet enclosure, as well as two washbasins. There is generous closet space and blinds from the floor to ceiling windows and sliding door- or leave them open to wake up to the wonderful views of the Caribbean. The second and third bedrooms also have king size beds and their own ensuite bathroom with shower and ample closet space. The fourth bedroom has twin beds and a kitchen. The open plan lounge and dining area (with floor to ceiling Windows and three sets of sliding doors) has a very large setee, two armchairs and a dining table which comfortably seats eight There is a 32 inch flat screen Smart tv with cable channels, wifi and a blu ray player for entertainment. There are two air conditioning units, a downstairs half bathroom and stone floor tiles throughout. A fully equipped luxury kitchen with marble worktops includes a six ring stove top and oven, doublé door refrigerator and a freezer providing cold water and ice from a 20 liter container(obtainable from the caretaker), several coffee machines, fruit juicer, kettle and all the equipment you need to prepare your meals. A washer drier is housed in an adjacent cupboard. The covered patio has comfortable seating with a table and large modern gas fired barbecue for alfresco dining. The upstairs balcony overlloking the pool, provides mangnificent views and private sunbathing. Sun loungers and beach chairs are also provided. The pool with loungers and palapas gives private Access down a few steps to White Sandy beach, complete with palapas for shade. Guest access The Villa is in a small gated complex of 7 villas, with a resident caretaker, that share an infinity pool with sun-loungers, palm tree gardens, palapas for shade in the pool and on the beach, a large palapa for reunions or dining, gated private parking. It is located between the Excellence and Dreams Riviera Cancun resorts and less tan two miles from the local fishing village of Puerto Morelos with its shops and restaurants. Superb snorkelling and fishing trips are available here. Tours to Tulum, Chichen Itzá, Cenotes and other places of interest can be booked here with pickup from the Dreams resort. A beach side bar is next door. The nearest supermarket is less tan 10 minutes away, Cancun airport 20 minutes and there is an excellent bus service to Cancun from the main road. Taxis are avilable at the Dreams resort. Other things to note Sargasso weed is present some months of the year on the beach, although it is regularly collected it is a natural phenomenon out of our control
