The space We had so much fun designing the perfect "home away from home", and once renovations were completed to our satisfaction, we got started decorating every corner with the highest quality furnishings and fixtures. The homes are two separate townhouses that are connected outside with separate entrances. Guest access All approved guests will have complete, private access to the entire home. HOUSE RULES: This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items do not work with your plans as we comply with St. Louis short-term rental regulation, rules, and policies. - Primary renter must be 25+ years of age - Pets are not permitted on the property - unless express permission by the owner - No smoking inside the home - No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation - No Parties / Gatherings - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party / gathering - Quiet time is 11 PM - 7 AM (including weekdays and weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. - Outdoor areas off-limits after 11 PM - Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
