Two recently renovated studio apartments, located side by side in the center of Split – perfect for couples, families or friends traveling together. Each apartment is bright, clean and fully equipped, with a private balcony, kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi. Stay just minutes away from Diocletian’s Palace, the Riva, cafés, shops, and everything the city has to offer – no car needed. The space Each studio is 30 m² and features: ✔ 1 queen bed + 1 sofa bed (sleeps 4) ✔ Private balcony ✔ Fully equipped kitchen ✔ Bathroom with walk-in shower ✔ Washing machine ✔ Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, smart TV ✔ 2nd floor with elevator access Rent one or both units – together they can host up to 8 guests comfortably, while still offering everyone privacy. Guest access The guests will have full access to everything within the apartment. Apartment provides complete privacy.
