Casinha is a private free standing ensuite bedroom inside the gardens of the artistic home, Villa Poesía. Rest, get inspired, enjoy the nature, cats, the stars and beautiful ocean view from the rooftop. It is just a short walk down to the beaches of Carrizalillo, Manzanillo and Puerto Angelito and from the Rinconada main strip with restaurants, shops and markets. The outside spaces and the kitchen are shared. Cleaning is included once a week for longer stays. Internet is Fiber Optic. The space Casinha is a separate free standing room facing the garden. It has an ensuite bathroom with hot water, a double bed, a closet, a desk... It’s a very sweet and inspiring room, a natural vibe with clay tile roof, art on the walls, beautiful lighting. You are welcome to use the kitchen to store your items and to do some minimal light cooking. Since this is a shared kitchen it is not for serious cooking. The water, coffee, tea, salt and pepper are all complimentary. We ask that dishes be done right away and kitchen be always kept clean for the enjoyment of everyone. You are also very welcome to enjoy all shared spaces and the company of the kitties. There are, sometimes, events held in the common spaces (at reasonable times and respecting your privacy), such as Juju's yoga and movement classes on the roof or an artistic gathering of some kind. You are very welcome to attend the open events. For stays longer than 7 days a full cleaning of your room is offered once a week with change of bed linens and towels. About the location, even though we are super close to the main strip, it is also a bit to the side, on a dirt road, with more sky and nature around. Villa Poesía is a great place for art, inspiration, connection and rest. Guest access Access to all common spaces... The garden, kitchen and dinning area, rooftop under the stars with gorgeous view, outside showers, hammocks, books, outside living room... During your stay I love to connect with people, but also to respect your space and time. It will be natural. Charleen will be there in person to welcome and assist you. She is my great friend and the general manager of Villa Poesía. Other things to note - Shared Kitchen: You will have your own separate space in the fridge and cupboards where you can store your items. Tea, coffee, water, salt and pepper are offered for all to enjoy. Since the kitchen is shared it is meant for simple meal preparation, it is not for cooking elaborate meals. - Please note that the way to the house is unpaved for a short stretch. I personally think it’s lovely to be off the road and at the same time so near the main street and beaches.
