The three bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, providing a restful night's sleep. The third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed that includes a double mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top, perfect for families or groups. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers, ensuring convenience for all guests. Outside, discover the true paradise of Mango Sunrise. Take a refreshing dip in the saltwater swimming pool, relax on the sun loungers, or simply bask in the serenity of the lush surroundings. While I do allow you to bring 1 small pet under 25lbs they do need to be registered and a small fee when booking. Pets needs to be under control at all times and not let loose to wander. No aggressive animals are permitted and pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the pool. Paradise Waits is our house next door, both properties can be rented together for larger groups. Please enquire. The pool area is shared with our adjacent house. The neighborhood is a safe, friendly gated community. We just ask you be respectful of neighbours whilst you enjoy your stay. Thank you. There is parking for two vehicles and a path to the front door. Entry to the house will be with a keypad - so you don't have to worry about keys! The only key you should need is the key fob for the gates. I am available most of the time by email or through the Airbnb app. My property manager, who will let you in, will be available to answer questions, arrange tours and even airport pickups. Desarrollo Vista Rio Grande is a friendly, gated community off Hwy 707 approx 15 mins from the center of Atenas. The area around is safe, you can enjoy the views from walking along the street and friendly dogs in the area will greet you. Alternatively, a short walk down the hill to a shared neighbourhood ranchero with tables and seats which overlooks the valley all the way out to the Pacific ocean. This really makes the development special. The sunsets from here are stunning - an absolute must, bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with the sunset! A vehicle, preferably 4x4, is recommended to get around to explore and go into town for groceries. However, there is a bus service that can take you into town for around $1, a bus ride to San Jose from Atenas can cost as little as $3. Taxis are available if needed. Uber is available but is not as widely available in smaller towns. We ask NO PARTIES or EXCESSIVE NOISE PLEASE. We created this space for peace and relaxation, and hope that is respected. They also provide car rentals and tours to all corners of the country, including the Poas and Arenal volcanoes, La Paz Waterfall Gardens, a private Catamaran Sailing tour, a visit to an Organic Coffee farm, all kinds of adventurous activities, and tours custom made to our guests' requests throughout Costa Rica.
