SMOKING • Smoking is not permitted inside the property or on the balcony • Allowed only in the outdoor area of the condominium barbecue grill • No smoking in the pool area or other common areas BUILDING RULES • Follow all rules, signs, and markings • No car washing or bathing of pets in the common areas or in the pool. • Failure to comply may result in warnings or fines, as per the regulations. USE OF EQUIPMENT • Do not remove appliances or items from the house • Property voltage: 110V SAFETY • Keep doors and gates always closed • When leaving, check that everything is fully closed. WATER SUPPLY • There may be fluctuations during high-demand periods • The condominium has reservoirs, and there may be occasional impacts.
