The space This luxurious Marathon accommodation and dock is perfectly poised for majestic views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Our unique vacation rental home provides fully equipped gourmet kitchen, flat panel TVs, high-speed wireless (WI-FI) Internet access and spectacular Gulf and sunset views. This two-story Florida Waterview villa features casual, open floor plans and charming seaside cottage interiors. Indulge in your ideal Marathon resort getaway while you relax in the spacious first floor living room with comfortable, oversized seating surrounding a 42-inch flat-panel TV and a cozy dining area nearby. Upstairs bedrooms feature fancifully painted furniture with sumptuous bed linens. French doors on both levels lead to spacious porches with 180-degree waterfront sunset views. Spacious master bedroom with king bed, walk-out balcony overlooking the beautiful bayside waters of the Florida Keys. Second bedroom with a Queen bed and the third bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are located on the second level upstairs. The fifth bed is the sofa sleeper. Master Bath has double sink vanity with stand-up shower. Guest bath is shared with two guest bedrooms and has single vanity with a shower/tub combo. Villa comes with a “Starter Pack” which includes: 1 backup roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 set towels & bed linens, 6 pool towels in linen closet, 1 single box washing machine detergent, 1 roll paper towel, 2 kitchen trash can bags, 2 tablets dishwashing machine soap, 1 small bottle liquid dish soap, 1 set of bath amenities per full bath (shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, lotion, bar soap). For additional supplies during your stay there is a Winn Dixie supermarket located south in Marathon. Guest access One parking spot under the carport in front of the villa. Extra parking upfront in the overflow parking for another car. Only 2 cars allowed in the resort per unit. No boats or trailers are allowed in the resort. Other things to note Dockage has a maximum limit of 31' Length overall for your boat. They will not allow longer boats. If you choose to bring a pet under 25 pounds you may, but you must notify us in advance. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $255.00 for each pet. **PLEASE NOTE** If you have booked your reservation prior to August 2nd, 2020, as a guest with KeysCaribbean, we are required to collect the Local Bed Tax/Tourist Tax of 5% of Unit Rental charges. Once you have booked your reservation, we will send an additional payment request through Airbnb for collection of the additional local tax once your reservation is paid in full.
