The house is quiet and private, yet a 5 minute walk to town, with local market and bakery, restaurants, watersports and tours. At night, enjoy live music on weekends, restaurants, great nightlife, and Bio Bay tours. Guest access You will have the house and docks all to yourself. Is is very private and only accessible via a private entrance or by boat. There is a pathway from the street to the gated entrance (approx 200ft) that makes the house completely invisible to the outside, for complete privacy. PLEASE note there is an approx 310 ft private walkway to the house. Parking is on dirt/gravel area right in front of the walkway. There is also additional free paved parking in front of baseball field about 200 ft from the house if you prefer a paved area. Other things to note It is important to note that the house and docks are for the exclusive use of our guests. Unfortunately, for safety and insurance reasons, no additional guests are allowed, and only 1 boat per dock is allowed. Also note that the house is on protected mangrove area, so the parking space cannot be paved. That is part of the natural beauty of the surroundings. Security cameras are installed.
