The studio on the 1st floor offers about 35 m² for two people, with a cozy double bed, small kitchenette with a pad machine, newly renovated bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Wi-Fi, TV and a workplace are included. Balcony, parking and digital check-in make the stay flexible. Dogs welcome. The space The studio is located in a former aparthotel on the 1st floor. It consists of a living room and bedroom, a small but fully equipped kitchen, a newly built shower, as well as a separate toilet. The size of the apartment is approx. 35 square meters, is fully furnished and offers views from a south-facing balcony of the surrounding mountains. A parking space is available. Lake Tegernsee is only a 5-minute walk away and the mountains for hiking start right outside the front door. Guest access Access works contactless. Check-in is digital. On the day of arrival, you will receive a text message and email from us with the information about the check-in dates. Other things to note Spices, vinegar/oil are not included in the basic equipment, as we are not allowed to provide this for hygienic reasons. If the booked apartment is left unreasonably, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning.
