You have direct and private access to two creeks that lead to a private swimming hole. Whether you are looking for a relaxing day in a hot tub listening to creeks, or to enjoy hiking, biking, or trailing in Shenandoah, this home offers everything for everyone! This home features three separate houses. * Main house - 3 Large bedrooms & 2 Luxury Full Bathrooms & Attic There are two bedrooms with 1 Queen Bed each, and one bedroom with Twin over Full Bunk Bed. Two bathrooms, one on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor, are brand new in October 2022. The attic has been turned into kids' indoor camping ground. There are two sleeping pads with two sleeping bags where kids and/or adults can sleep comfortably without actually having to be outside. Bedding, Towels, Kitchen Utensils, Plates, Silverware, Keurig Coffee Machine and Coffee Pods - all provided. * Tiny Home - features one studio-like space with a sofa that turns into bed and a dedicated working space. Bedding for sofa bed is provided. * Gameroom - features 4K projector screen movie theater, Bowflex gym equipments, yoga mats, pool table, ping pong table, and foosball. There is a full size refrigerator in the gameroom to ensure you have cold drinks for the game night. * Deck - truly state-of-art, newly built deck is right by the creek We offer 6 person hot tub that can be used all year long, Weber Spirit E-330 gas BBQ Grill, Lounge sofa, 8 person dining table and chairs, and fire pit with 4 adirondack chairs. We are now pet-friendly! * Maximum of 2 pets are allowed per stay. Approval at the time of booking is needed. Guest access All areas of the property. We have 4 separate areas and they are all yours to enjoy. Nothing is shared with neighbors. Other things to note We have starlink wifi! It means that depending on the weather, you may experience spotty wifi. You may or may not have cell service at the house depending on your service provider. Once you drive out 1 minute, you definitely have service in case of emergency.
