This 4 bedroom house comes equipped with everything you need to feel "at home." It overlooks the pristine South Fork Valley and sits along the South Fork Creek, for spectacular views of the mountains and wildlife. You have the entire house to yourself...PLUS 4.5 acres, which allows you to feel secluded and relaxed. You only interact with me as much as you'd like. I will not stay at the house while you are there, and will have a property manager on stand-by for any issues or questions. This Alaskan retreat is tucked away in the South Fork Valley of Eagle River. It's a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and you should have no problem reconnecting with nature during your stay. The home is situated just 20 minutes north of Downtown Anchorage and only 35-40 minutes from Anchorage International Airport. Although it's secluded, this house is easily accessible all year round and the roads are well-maintained by the city. Just plan to rent a 4WD vehicle if you stay November through April!
