There is an elevator in the building providing access to the gym and the upper-level apartments. Also note that there may be potential for some everyday living noises from neighbors in the building. We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, trash bags in all trash cans, some toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We supply a few coffee pods for the Keurig coffee machine, but all of these complimentary items are to get your started. They are not replenished. So if you run out you will need to purchase more. The apartment is family-friendly. A crib and Pack-n-Play are available FREE upon request. There are surveillance devices situated throughout the outdoor corridors for guest safety only. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.
