Our house resides in a private community, a 12 minute drive to Camelback Mountain for winter fun, and a 3 minute walk to the lake for summer fun! Our house offers a cozy, comfortable dwelling with ample outdoor space and proximity to nearby attractions. This no-frills mountain retreat has a fully-stocked kitchen, relaxing outdoor space and plenty of room to hang out with family and friends. Come explore all year long and bring your hiking boots, kayaks, fishing rods, swimsuits, snowboards and skis! This is our part-time mountain home and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do! This is not a professionally run vacation rental; this is our home that we rent out when we can just to cover the costs of the home. Please take this into consideration when booking! House is also equipped 55" HDTV as well as a propane BBQ grill. Guests will have access to all of these amenities as well as many more kitchen essentials. Basement equipped with pool table and ping pong table as well! This is an all seasons cottage rental: - In the warmer months, enjoy swimming, fishing, hiking and BBQ's! Our cottage is only a 3-4 minute walk to largest of the five lakes in this private community! Feel free to enjoy the day on our property. - In the colder months, enjoy skiing or snow tubing at any of the local slopes and coming home to a roaring fire in the gas fireplace while having hot chocolate on the cozy, comfy couches. This is our part-time home, so do not be surprised that the fridge and the pantry are partially-stocked. But please, help yourself to anything in the kitchen! We wouldn't have it any other way. On our end, note that it can take 48 hours or more to get the badges processed (and the office is closed on Sundays), so amenities may not be available for last-minute bookings. Cost per person (subject to change without notice by the association): 1-day - $20 per person 3-days - $30 per person 7-days - $50 per person ****************************** While visiting our cottage be prepared to see wildlife such as (many) deer, bears, foxes, beavers, and raccoons. For safety purposes, the grill must be properly monitored when used so that uncontrolled fires do not occur. Please note that guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by uncontrolled fires. If you use the grill, please make sure to clean it afterward with the wire brush provided for the next guests to enjoy. This is a pet-friendly establishment - please note this if you have sensitive allergies that there have been dogs in the house; we clean thoroughly but understand this may affect your stay. To that end: - Dogs must be leashed at all times outside the home - Dogs may not be left unattended outdoors - Guests are responsible for any injury or damage caused by their pet - Guests must comply with all local and HOA leash laws This should go without saying, but please - no unattended fires!
