Two queen bedrooms sleep 4 comfortably, and the private paver patio with custom privacy fencing is the perfect spot for an evening outside. Pet friendly, free street parking, and keyless entry make arrival effortless. The space Upstairs, two bedrooms each have queen memory foam mattresses, luxury cotton linens, and sound machines for a solid night of sleep. One bedroom has its own TV. The single full bathroom and a stacked washer and dryer are also on the second floor. Note: stairs are required to reach both bedrooms and the bathroom — not ideal for guests with mobility limitations. Downstairs, the open layout connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked — Keurig, cooking essentials, dish soap, even salt and olive oil. The living room has a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Sliding glass doors open to a private paver patio with privacy fencing, great for summer dinners outside. Note: an outdoor dining table and chairs were a planned addition — confirm availability before arrival. A pack-and-play is available on request for families with infants. Eleven South is a 5-minute walk for mesquite-grilled sea bass or a casual dinner. Whole Foods is also 6 minutes on foot — easy for grabbing groceries before you settle in. For a drive, O-Ku Sushi has rooftop views near the pier (3 minutes), and TacoLu is 4 minutes away for fish tacos and tequila on a warm evening. Keyless entry means no key pickup — check-in details arrive through the guest portal. The unit is stocked with beach towels, high-speed WiFi, toiletries, and laundry detergent. One practical heads-up: this unit is currently listed for sale by the owner, which could potentially affect your stay. Nomad Hospitality will communicate any changes as soon as updates are available.
