The 50 m² terrace overlooks the surrounding woods. Plenty of activities are possible in the vicinity thanks to Ardennes Events. The vintage/industrial decor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious living areas are perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. The space This spacious 200m² duplex, plus a 50m² terrace, is located on the first floor. Access is via the terrace, which features a BBQ and furniture for relaxing and dining. Inside, the dining room opens into a large living room, creating a generous communal space. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, stovetop, coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher. There are three double bedrooms, each with a double bed. Additionally, there are two sofa beds, one in the large living room and one in the smaller TV lounge. Guest access This spacious 200m² duplex, plus a 50m² terrace, is located on the first floor. To enhance your experience, the rear parking and other areas (park, shop, tent, etc.) are reserved exclusively for guests participating in Ardennes Events activities. These facilities are not included in the rental, but we would be happy to help you book an activity to fully enjoy them! Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules. Please do not organize parties in the duplex. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure everyone’s comfort. A Minut decibel detector is installed to monitor noise levels and maintain tranquility. A security deposit of €500 is required and will be pre-authorized on your credit card via ChargeAutomation. This helps ensure our place remains in excellent condition for all future guests.
