Description

Welcome to the most authentic neighborhood in the city. Discover it. ESHFTU00B10805600033132500100000000000000HUTB-0500020 Tourist tax: €6.88 per person per night will be added to the final price as a tourist tax. It is paid upon arrival. The space Step out of the lift that serves the apartment and you’ll find a spacious setting that has been newly and very tastefully refurbished. Stunning exposed brick walls dating back more than 200 years are a feature of both the lounge and the apartment’s welcoming bedrooms. The dining area has an inviting balcony that looks out on to the street and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen complete with a striking cement-tiled floor that pays homage to 19th century tiling. Contemporary and comfortable, the bathroom has a spacious shower. But here’s the best thing of all: the terrace - 100% private to you and with direct access from the apartment. Imagine getting up in the morning, making a cup of coffee and walking out to greet the city. There’s also a table and loungers for you to relax in. The sights are all nearby if you fancy a stroll: the ever spectacular Ramblas - the beating heart of the city - the iconic Boquería market, the Teatro del Liceo, Gaudí’s Palau Güell, the city’s aquarium, the Museo Marítimo, Columbus’ statue and much more besides. El Raval is also home to some of the city’s finest culinary hot spots: the most modern and sophisticated eateries and the most traditional, serving up time-honoured, local dishes. Take it from us, you’ll love the food. If you’re in a group, there are three more apartments for you in the very same building. Ready to Raval? You also have the support of the Serennia team, who are just a phone call away, 24 hours a day. We’re all ready to welcome you. And so is your apartment So when are you coming? METRO: LICEO Guest access The entire apartment Other things to note What to do? Enjoy the extra space! Barcelona is quieter these days, with fewer places open for business. However, it's still beautiful and vibrant, with plenty to enjoy outdoors and lots of experiences waiting for you in the city. Don’t worry about shopping for groceries! Every neighborhood in Barcelona has a market selling local produce (only open in the mornings) and well-stocked supermarkets like Mercadona, Sorli, Lidl and Bonpreu, which you’ll find just around the corner from your flat. So get out and grab some fresh local produce and put our fully equipped kitchen to good use by preparing a delicious meal. Your safety is our priority! While every professional company cleans their short-term rentals thoroughly between stays, these challenging times require special measures.Bed linen and towels are cleaned professionally after each guest checks out, in line with the same guidelines and by the same team. We leave nothing to chance, because your safety is what matters most to us. TRAVELING BY CAR? If you’re planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We typically recommend booking your parking spot in advance online via Parclick. In order to protect air quality and public health, traffic in Barcelona has been restricted from 1 January 2020. Therefore, the most polluting vehicles will not be allowed to circulate on working days, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please enter the number plate of your vehicle to find out if it can circulate freely in Barcelona here. Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the environmental criteria of the Spanish Traffic Authority DGT. For this reason, all foreign vehicles must be registered before they can drive in the low emission zones. Applications can be made to include any kind of foreign-registered vehicle in the Register of Authorisations. IS THIS A WORK TRIP? Please take the neighbours into consideration We would appreciate it if you could keep any noise to a minimum after 10pm (so no parties or loud music, please) and to avoid letting doors slam shut or making too much noise when entering and leaving the building. Please also be aware that you are not allowed to have more guests staying at the apartment than indicated in your reservation.
