(41.45 sq. m.) studio offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette with essential appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dinnerware, and utensils). The unit also features air conditioning, a private bathroom with a water heater, complimentary toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner), fresh linens, bath and beach towels, and a designated parking space. Enjoy complete privacy, as no spaces are shared. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a high-capacity Franklin 13.6 kWh battery backup, ensuring full power—including air conditioning, stove, and water heater—during outages. The building offers amenities such as a swimming pool (open 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM), a secure gated complex with security, and a laundromat in the basement. Please be considerate of neighbors—noise levels should remain moderate to low after 10:00 PM. Scheduled Maintenance: The building undergoes scheduled maintenance, and as a result, there will be no water service on the third Thursday of every month from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Late Checkout Policy: Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a charge of $50 for each additional hour. Visits: Unauthorized visitors are not permitted on the property at any time. Keys and access: A unique code will be your key to the room in your stay. A master key (blue round plastic key) for the pool and gates will be provided. Also we provide a parking permit so you can hang it to your car's rear view mirror. Parking space: 1 free parking space. If you need an extra parking space there is a parking lot in front of the building. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the condo. Drugs and alcohol: Drugs are NOT allowed. Please drink responsibly. Always make sure the door closes correctly every time you enter or leave the apartment and never share your room digital key with anyone.
