Beachfront suite with feet in the sand

Super spacious and comfortable suite, 50 m2, right on the sand. It has a large, rustic-style balcony where you can enjoy an amazing view of the sea with that lovely breeze! It has a unique décor!! It has a microwave, omelet maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender and sandwich maker. The suite is in the center (it is quiet, but there is also the activity and bustle common to central areas), with options for restaurants, pharmacies, and small grocery stores very close by. The space We provide basic beach items (chairs, sun umbrella, and cooler). Suite with terrace and access by private stairs with direct exit on the beach. There is no shared space. Our bathroom is integrated into the bedroom with glass walls with 100% blackout. Guest access Quiet neighborhood for walking! There is an option to stop the car near the suite. If the coconut trees are clean, without coconuts, you can park across the street, in front of the suite, facing the beach. We do not have parking. Other things to note We do not accommodate children and babies. We are located in the center, on Japaratinga beach, which is usually busier on weekends. On weekdays, during the day, schools bring children for physical activities and games in the sand in front of the suites. We are next to an event court, where there may occasionally be music (shows) and car sound in the surrounding area. Tuesdays and Fridays there is a dance class with music (sometimes very loud) on the court next to the suite, lasting an hour and a half. From 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM During some periods, the city band rehearses twice a week on the court next to the suite, with very loud noise from 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM.
