Beachfront suite with feet in the sand

Super spacious and comfortable suite, with 50m2, feet in the sand, 50 meters from the sea, located on Japaratinga Beach. It has a large rustic-style balcony, where you can enjoy an incredible view of the sea with that nice breeze! It has a queen-size bed, split air-conditioning, a modulated closet, a Bistro table, a set of armchairs to relax, a minibar, a microwave, an omelet maker, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a blender, a sandwich maker and a unique decor! The space Suite with terrace and access by private stairs with direct exit to the beach. There is no shared space. Our bathroom is integrated into the room with glass walls with 100% blackout. Guest access Quiet neighborhood for walking! There is an option to stop the car near the suite. If the coconut trees are clean, without coconuts, you can park across the street, in front of the suite, facing the beach. We do not have parking. Other things to note We do not accommodate children and babies. We are located in front of the beach and close to an events court where you can occasionally have a program with very loud music (shows). It is not periodic. Tuesdays and Fridays there is a dance class with music (sometimes very loud) on the court next to the suite, lasting 1 hour and a half. From 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sometimes during the week, there may be (it is not certain or periodic) a rehearsal of the city band on the block next to the suite, with loud noise and lasting 1 hour. From 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
