The garden door opens to a yard leading to building amenities (large BBQ, playground, tennis/basketball/football,pool/jacuzzi&gym)! The space Lounge in the spacious & cozy living room with a 55” TV that includes Netflix, Youtube and Spotify. Dine either on the colorful dining table or the airy terrace, the large kitchen or even yet, the large BBQ area surrounded by trees and flowers! Have a tennis match with your friends and workout at the gym before diving in the pool during warmer days or lounge in the hammock after a long day of sightseeing or working from home! Have both the city and a glimpse of nature right in front of you. Tastefully and practically decorated, this home comes with very comfy beds, multiple kitchen tools and gadgets including a filter coffee machine and a kitchen robot. Not only is this modern 3bd/2 bathroom very airy thanks to all of its windows, but it is also very roomy with multiple closets in all of its rooms. Two of the bedrooms have one double bed each and one bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms as well as the living room have A/C. The brand new L couch in the living room has removable back pillows that makes its seat cushions as wide as single beds, making this house even more flexible for all group sizes. Guest access You have access to the entire unit for your time of stay. The part of the garden right next to the apartment as well as the large terrace in front of the apartment is only yours. The building’s facilities include a 24/7 concierge, the shared garden that starts after the garden door including the BBQ area, playground, court, pool, sauna, gym as well as indoors and outdoors free private parking lots. There is also a hairdresser within the building. Other things to note Check-out is @11am and check-in is @4pm. Early check-in and late check-outs can be provided for free based on availability. Any requests for late check-outs or early check-ins should be discussed at least 24 hours in advance. All late checkouts are charged at 25 USD/hour. Each guest is required to sign a lease contract. Please keep the apartment clean. The provided ashtrays are for outside smoking only. An extra sum of 100USD will be charged if indoor smoking is detected. All pool rules should be followed. Any unregistered guest is 100 USD/day. Airport transfer & general transfer & additional cleaning services & tennis lessons can be provided during your stay for an additional cost. IMPORTANT: Due to the regulations of the country, all guests have to provide valid Passport IDs that will be reported to the authorities according to legislation 1774 of 26/06/73. By accepting the reservation, you agree to provide this information before check-in. Check-in instructions will not be given until you provide the documents. Additionally, all guests need to sign a contract before entering the flat. Check-in will not be possible otherwise.
