Caiçara Serrambi Chalets (house listing)

We are a small private with 6 houses and 6 apartments (another listing) located on Serrambi beach, on the southern coast of Pernambuco. The houses have 56 m², 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, an open kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace and individual barbecue. We are beach houses for the season. The space In the common area, we have a lounge, laundry, swimming pool and a space for children with a trampoline, playground, reading house, etc. The houses can accommodate up to 4 adults. Guest access The private room has a small laundry room that can be used by tenants, at a time to be informed. Other things to note The rental here will be a beach house per season, where the cost of electricity consumption is not included in the daily rate described here, this will be charged at the rate of R$ 1.10 (one real and ten cents per kw) the houses have individual meters.* We do not provide bed and bath linens, these are provided by a laundry, with an extra cost being required upon prior request. 5-piece double set R$ 18.00, 3-piece single set R$ 12.00, towels R$ 6.00.
