These vacation rental units are located only 2 miles from downtown Ketchikan. The house is as close as you can get to the ocean. This is a busy waterway where all of the large ships come through on the way in or out of the Ketchikan harbor. Otter, seals, orca and humpback whales are frequently seen. There are eagles that regularly perch on a pole near the water. The view is ever changing and the activity of the waterway of the Tongass Narrows is very entertaining. The Captain's Suite has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a big deck that overlooks the ocean. This property is a duplex. The vacation rental that we call the "Captain's Suite" is the whole lower floor of the house. It has large decks and a beautiful grassy yard overlooking the ocean.
