Minutes from Grandview Ave. Newly renovated home, quiet and safe neighborhood near all that Columbus has to offer. The space Guests have access to the entire house, Florida room, deck, yard and ample on street parking. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. There is also a small ping pong table in the basement, guests are welcome to play! We have a couple of games and books on the shelves heading upstairs for entertainment as well! Folding tables are available if you are working from our location, feel free to grab one and take outside on the deck in the summer months or stay inside and work from in front of the television! There is a desk set up in the upstairs bedroom also. There is a fold down couch in the third bedroom (sorry there is no door on the room) that could be used as a twin bed for sleeping options if necessary. Multiple pillow options are available as well, choose one of your liking! Guest access Guests have access to anything in the house and can also enjoy the relaxing back yard! Other things to note **The City of Columbus enforces a 5.1% Bed Tax. It should show on your final total. Our license number with Columbus is 20212907 We do offer a kitchen full of cooking utensils, pots/pans, crockpot, toaster, plates/bowls, glasses and silverware! Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.
