The space The Guest House offers a unique and charming space, with the most beautiful room in the house, characterized by original furniture retouched by the refined taste of my mother, an architect. Guest access Guests will have access to their room and all common areas, including the dining room and hallway with a small living room. During your stay I recently moved to live in the GHQ building, where a door separates my private home from the rooms dedicated to guests. Other things to note The B&B Querini offers a daily cleaning service, excluding Sundays and holidays, with a change of sheets and towels every three days. Heating is available from mid-November to April 15, adjusted according to outdoor temperatures, while air conditioning is active from June to September when temperatures exceed 25 degrees. The air conditioners are set to a minimum temperature of 18 degrees, in accordance with Italian energy-saving laws. Guests are required to cooperate in turning off the air conditioners when they are not in the room and to maintain a temperature that is not too low. The property is historic and houses three hotels, the B&B and private apartments. Guests must meet the host at the main entrance, even if the door is open, and not sit on the stairs. It is not allowed to ask hotels for WiFi on the ground floor. During your stay, please always close the shutters and windows when leaving the room to prevent rain from entering and to maintain an optimal indoor temperature. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, including the balcony, and it is not allowed to hang clothes on the balcony or use the wire in the bathroom, which is intended for emergencies. A washing machine is not available. Guests must limit water consumption and turn off lights, television and air conditioning when they are not in the room to help save energy. Changing the decor or supplies is not allowed; for any special requests, please contact the host. It is strictly forbidden to bring in unauthorized and unregistered guests.
