I offer a room of 11 m² with a sofa bed and a dresser. The shower room and toilet are shared with the second bedroom I rent. The window overlooks the fully fenced property, a small part of which is at your disposal. A parking space is available for 1 car, and it is possible to store bicycles in a closed shelter inside the property. Possibility to have breakfast on site, with an extra 8 euros. The space House away from the city center, close to the canal banks and promenades, 10 minutes from the shopping center and 15 minutes from the forest. During your stay I try to be as available as possible. Terms to be discussed during the first exchanges.
