There are tenants downstairs below the unit, and you may hear them occasionally. - This is an upstairs unit, meaning you'll be going up and down a flight of stairs each time you enter or exit. Our house comfortably sleeps 2 with a full sized bed in the unit. - The home occupancy permits 3 people, but only 2 overnight guests. Complimentary coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. *Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions.
